No coupon code needed! Free shipping automatically applies when the order total reaches the correct amount. Digital products do not contribute to the order total.
Why did I receive 2 tracking numbers for my order?
Depending on the items within your order, it may have been shipped in two packages. This helps ensure your products arrive safely. For example, if you purchased sticker sheets and a coffee mug, we would ship those out separately, each in their own package. This would ensure the coffee mug wouldn't harm the sticker sheets in transit.
If your order has been shipped in two packages, you will receive a tracking number for each package so you can check tracking status and stay in control of your order at all times.
What are your order processing times?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment receipt (unless otherwise specified in the product listing) and ship shortly thereafter. You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number.
Do you have a retail store I can visit and browse to buy your products?
Although we do have a business address, it is not a retail store location. All orders can be placed here in our online store.

I'm Buying as a Gift for a Family Member or Friend.
Can I ship directly to them?
Yes! Simply enter your family member or friends address in the ship to section at checkout and we will ship it to that address.
If you are ordering products for yourself and your friend and want part of your order shipped to you and the rest shipped to a friend, please place two orders. We are unable to separate orders for shipping to two different locations once the order has been placed.
In some cases for digital products that are purchased by those living outside the United States, there could be VAT (Value Added Tax) added to the order. We cannot estimate what the charges may be since taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You will be made aware of the tax amount before completing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We are sorry to say we do not ship internationally. However if you are purchasing any of our digital products, shipping is not involved, so those items are still available for purchase by those who live outside of the United States.

Returns/refunds are accepted on new/unused products within 14 days from the shipment date as long as you have contacted us ahead of time so we are aware of your refund needs.
Buyer pays shipping of items back to our studio unless there was a mistake made on our part.
Refunds will not be accepted on any used items, customized items or digital purchases unless an accidental duplicate order was placed for the same digital file.
